Water Permeability |
MAVİ BETON precast elements are materials with high resistance to water and external factors. By means of the chemical additive and filling material in their structure, they do not allow water and moisture to pass to the back surface. |
Lightness |
Its thickness is 20 – 25 mm. Since it is a thin material, it prevents buildings from loading up excess and needless weights. Its transport and assembly are easy. The average weight of the material with a 20 mm thickness is 35 kg/m². For the exterior walls of the building, it is 60% - 70% lighter in comparison with the classic systems. |
Acoustic Values |
A MAVİ BETON product with a thickness of 10 mm provides 20 dB noise decrease at 300 Hz and 35 dB at 400 Hz. Its normal value is 30 dB. |
Fire-Resistance Classification |
It is fireproof and its structure is imperishable in high temperatures; flames cannot pass into the building. It is an A-1 class material according to DIN norm. |
Environment and Health |
The cement, glass fiber, additives and sand used in the production of MAVİ BETON products are the same with the ones contained by the normal concrete, in terms of the conditions of adaptability to the environment. |
