Erol BAYDEMİR, who graduated from the architecture department of I.T.U (Istanbul Technical University) in 1972, strived to put his signature under different and assertive projects, which would create a tremendous impression in the field of architecture in those years, during which Turkey just began to develop; and made applications in many parts of construction associated with design.

Erol BAYDEMİR, who started his construction business activities as from 1998, realized the fact that many architects were in difficulties concerning exterior wall designs and they were not able to reflect the forms they desired onto the buildings and therefore he opened the first MAVİ BETON molding workshop in 1998.

Limited number of precast concrete manufacturers were available in those days and they were offering exorbitant price in the noncompetitive environment and were calculating extremely high costs for exterior walls.

He improved himself with each passing day and as from 1999, he enabled the precast

 
concrete to be produced with high quality. Besides, he transformed the production system into modular system and reduced the costs by means of serial production. Consequentially, the cost was kept low. In addition to all the constituents stated above, the practicability of precast for exterior walls was provided.

The main target of our establishment that is active in the field of production of precast exterior wall product is to contribute to our country’s economy; to fulfill its responsibilities towards the environment and community; and to meet customer expectations and customer satisfaction.

While achieving these targets, we consider as our duty to ensure the efficiency of quality management system and continuous improvement, to comply with the related national and international standards, to reduce our costs without compromising our quality, to increase productivity and profitability, enhance our competitive power and to ensure satisfaction of our employees.
 
 Our Design Mission

The most important target of MAVİ BETON is to form satisfactory building walls pleasing the eye; and by this means, to help forming city silhouettes and streets having architectural visual beauty.

Every building has a right to seem beautiful and everyone has a right to live in nice-looking buildings.

Achieving this objective and seeing the precast with FİBROFLEX® quality on every exterior walls are our main passion.
